We traveled on our first trip with Tim and Corinne to China. We started in Beijing where we saw Buddhist monasteries, The Forbidden City, The Mutianyu section of The Great Wall. We then took a train from Beijing to Lhasa. It took 40 hours to cover the 3750 km (2330 mi)! Lhasa was a highlight. So beautiful, and a bit sad. Then we flew to Xian to see the city wall and the Terra Cotta Soldiers.
